We have a very effective approach and deep resources to help companies maximize their Sage CRM instance.

Our approach is to assign a primary point of contact to your account. We say ‘Project Manager’. The Project Managers are application specialists and bridge the gap between our clients and the technicians. They listen, document solutions, provide training to keep projects on track, and help clients maximize their investment in Sage CRM.

On the technical side, Vivek (Director of Technology) and his team manage most of the technical tasks that fall beyond the skill sets of our project managers.

Due to our partnership with Greytrix and the massive success of the GUMU™ Sage 100 CRM integration, our technical services resources have expanded to include many key members of the Greytrix team.

We began developing an integration between Sage CRM and the US and Canadian versions of Sage 50. Both solutions are now listed in Sage’s Marketplace!

This is when we began immersing ourselves in the third-party solutions from CRM Together.  Was a very good move.
