In 2017 we began immersing ourselves in the third-party solutions from CRM Together, including Accelerator (Outlook integration).  CRM Together have been a fantastic partner and Accelerator has become the default Outlook integration for all our Sage CRM projects.

Sheila Campolieto, Project Manager

Sheila’s background is in human resources with a focus in operations. Her previous roles include recruiting, affirmative action planning, process improvement, and training. She has made the switch to a more technical role with us and is successfully taking on new projects and helping to improve our processes internally. Sheila has her MS in Human Resources Development and BS in Organizational Management. In addition to her full-time job here, she is the PTA Treasurer for her son’s school, enjoys making jewelry, and loves downhill skiing near her hometown of Rochester, NY.

Justin George is our account coordinator at Greytrix and he manages all of the various integration-related jobs we have on the go with the integrations team.

Vivekanandan Ravindran, Director of Technology

Vivek is our IT/software executive and has 15 plus years of experience in development, implementation, technology consulting, and project management.

He manages our technical services team and is the lead architect for most of our Sage CRM implementations. Vivek’s deep understanding of Sage CRM allows each of our clients to customize their instances to meet their specific business needs. The videos to the right are just a few examples, there are tons of examples we could provide. 

He also enjoys traveling and is an avid photographer.

This is my favorite picture from all my trips to see Vivek. It was when he moved from the downtown office to the new space closer to his home.  Traffic in Bangalore is perhaps the worst in the world and bringing the office closer was a good move.

Debarshi Bagchi is a senior analyst at Greytrix with 7 years experience specifically with Sage CRM. He coordinates our projects that related to the GUMU™ integrations.

Ken Schmitt has been involved in Sage CRM since 2007 and is generally regarded within the North American Sage CRM community as a top developer. His company s5Maps publish the s5Maps – Google Maps integration for Sage CRM.

Ken drives the same car that Eddie Murphy drove in 48 hours and also comes across as a smooth operator.

Sometimes people from the Greytrix Team will pop by the Toronto office or be at Sage conferences in North America, but as a global group, it is seldom we physically get together. Dan generally visits the Greytrix offices in Mumbai once a year.  Which is always very productive and means a group luncheon.

Ian is our digital marketing manager. Not only does Ian help us present ourselves more professionally, but he is constantly bringing new ideas forward that make this ship run more smoothly. A background in design and professional experience in programming makes him a powerhouse.

Vivek was a top Sage CRM developer working in the Persian Gulf (hot-spot for Sage) prior to joining in 2009. But he had a clear vision.  Developing into a strong Sage CRM developer takes years of hands-on experience Vivek is ideally suited to develop Sage CRM technical staff.

April Braun, Project Manager

April has an extensive background in change management and CRM, having titles including project manager and corporate trainer. She has managed multiple software implementations and specializes in standardized process management. In a previous life, April managed both customer service and purchasing teams. She brings a unique set of business skills and experience to our team. A graduate of marketing from Ohio University, April now lives just outside of Charlotte, NC. Beyond helping companies improve their systems, April is very crafty.

Marc Reidy is the owner/president of CRM Together. We have him listed on our about us page because we treat him as an extension of our team. Most of our clients use his Accelerator application (advanced Outlook Integration), and additionally, we collaborate all the time on various projects. Marc’s skill set and experience make him an invaluable resource. Some of the solutions we work on together end up in Marc’s open-source program.

Manoj is a Project Manager supervising the Salesforce jobs for us that occur after the GUMU™ Salesforce to Sage integration has been deployed. Dan started focusing exclusively on Sage CRM back in 2004. As a non-technical person, the model was that he would be the application specialist and project manager and feed more technical responsibilities into the more technically inclined.

This model made sense for Dan's particular skill set but also for clients. It has developed into this fantastic network of Sage CRM experts who deliver the most successful, most cost-effective projects in the Sage CRM community.
