This way, we can understand what sets Sage CRM apart from the competition. Over the years, we’ve narrowed it down to these key differentiators between Sage CRM vs Saleslogix:
Affordability
Hosting
Flexibility
Workflows
Accounting
In today’s article, we’re going to dive deeper into these elements and see how Saleslogix stands up. By the end of this comparison, you should have a better idea of which will work for your team and business goals.
Many favor tiered pricing models to keep entice users with deeper pockets to spend more on high-value features. It’s not the path we choose at Sage CRM.
Infor CRM: $65/user/month for a Cloud-Based solution. $1195/user for an On-Premise solution.
Sage: $30 to $40/user/month. There isn’t a tiered pricing plan.
This often-overlooked topic is important for security-minded users. At Sage CRM, we focus on companies who need to host their CRM on personal servers within your control.
Infor CRM: Offers both a cloud-based and on-premise solution.
Sage: It’s a web-app that lives on your personal servers.
Each Sage CRM has its own unique requirements and goals. That’s why we make flexibility a priority with our platform. You can customize the solution and make it your own.
Infor CRM: Customization features make it possible to increase the flexibility of the software.
Sage: You can customize it for your specific needs using ASP, VB.net or javascript.
CRMs benefit small businesses because of their ability to automate basic processes. It takes a methodical strategy to implement these rules, but can completely transform your business.
Infor CRM: Features ION workflows, based on the Infor Back Office Extension functionality.
Sage: Automate the customer experience and rethink the way your company interacts with customers.
Syncing your accounting data with customer data can provide a deeper insight into the lifecycle, operations and health of your business.
Infor CRM: Can integrate with a variety of accounting platforms.
Sage: It integrates with Sage accounting and business management solutions, including: Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 300, and X3.
These technical benefits set Sage CRM apart from the competition, but we believe DCAA is the software’s real secret weapon. We’ve been managing Sage CRM for businesses as our primary focus for 14+ years. As you can imagine, we’ve learned a thing or two in that time.
SalesLogix may work great for your business; we’re not here to tell you what to do. However, if you’re feeling stressed about managing this system, then you’ve come to the right place. We’re the leading experts in Sage CRM project management, and are happy to help you get started with the process.
Editorial Comment: SalesLogix was a premier CRM solution for a long time. However, with the introduction of the Internet (around 2000), the market for SalesLogix pretty much died. If a company is looking to acquire a new CRM now and is looking closely at SaleLogix, it would only be because they are familiar with it from a past life/job. I can’t think of a scenario wherein SalesLogix would make sense in 2018 (or beyond).
