Connecting your Contact Us page with Sage CRM

Depending on the volume of inquiries you get from your website, it might make sense to automatically pull those inquiries directly into Sage CRM.  Not only does this eliminate duplicate entry and provide a better experience for the submitter, but it also provides you with exact measurements over how many you received within a time frame as well as how they were distributed.

  2. We set up a workflow to control the progression of the lead within CRM.
