Jeff Richards (head of Sage CRM training and development) and David Beard (Sage CRM Principal) have a podcast series wherein they interview a handful of Sage CRM partners from around the world.

The series they did with me (Dan) is broken up into three 10-minute segments.

In this second episode, we spend a good chunk of the time discussing how end-using companies typically host their Sage CRM instances. We also talk about scope creep and deploying Sage CRM functionality in defined phases.

Jeff also eludes to how My CRM Manager seems to be far better at deploying Sage CRM projects than everyone else in this industry due to our structured processes (thanks Jeff!).
