Pilot Package for Sage 50, 100, or Sage 300 CRM

Our Pilot Package is a great way to evaluate Sage CRM on your network, integrated with your data, BEFORE committing to a larger project. The price for the Pilot Package is $1,950 USD ($2,600 CAD). No software licensing is required during this evaluation.

Sage CRM / Sage 100 Pilot Package Inclusions

  • Installation of Sage CRM
  • Configure Sage CRM with either the Sage 50 integration, the GUMU™ Sage 100 CRM integration, or the default Sage 300 integration
  • Integrate Sage CRM with either a Sage ERP test database or your existing live database (you decide)
  • Conduct 2 one-hour sessions to review the system

FAQs

  1. What are the objectives of the Sage CRM Pilot Package?  Ultimately, the objective is to provide you with a ‘proof of concept’ system so you can properly evaluate if Sage CRM is a good fit for your organization.
  2. What can you expect to learn in the 2 one-hour review sessions? We have an agenda of important topics to go through such as (a) using Sage CRM as a communication tool, (b) profiling information, (c) using Sage CRM in conjunction with Outlook.  However, how you choose to spend the time is up to you.
  3. Are there any exclusions? This is just a test drive, not a full-on implementation of Sage CRM. We cannot include ongoing emails and support for this small fixed-fee engagement.
  4. Is there a time limit on the review sessions? Yes, we recommend that you complete these sessions within 30-days from the conclusion of the technical work (installation and integration).
  5. Can we get more details on Sage CRM in advance of committing to the evaluation?  Yes, of course.  You can use the green ‘Schedule A Call Back’ button to set a time that suits you.
  6. Are we under any commitment to continue working with My CRM Manager after the evaluation?  No.
  7. What is needed to go forward? We will have to have a talk, that is the first step.  You can use the ‘Schedule a Call Back’ button on this screen or just email inquiries@mycrmmanager.com.  After the talk, be aware that we will need your company to complete our pre-installation checklist before our technicians can begin the installation. Once we have proper access to your environment, our technicians require two business days to install Sage CRM. After the installation and integration have been completed, we can schedule the review sessions.
  8. What happens if we take this Pilot Package and then decide to go ahead with Sage CRM? It means the evaluation was successful and we can proceed to define the scope of work and provide a budget for the implementation.
